GetAutoCheckPro provides online vehicle-history insights and inspection-related information based on data obtained from third-party sources and public records. Our reports are informational tools to assist buyers and sellers in making decisions and are not a substitute for a professional mechanical inspection.

2) Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency and our reports are not “consumer reports” as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our reports must not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

3) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information (e.g., VINs) and keep it up to date.

4) Orders, Pricing & Refunds

• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice before purchase.
• Digital reports are delivered instantly or within a reasonable time after payment.
• Because reports are digital goods generated on request, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a delivery error or receive a clearly defective report (e.g., blank or corrupted file), contact us within 7 days at support@getautocheckpro.com for review.
• Discounts, coupons, and promotions may be subject to additional terms.

5) Data Sources & Report Limitations

• Data is compiled from third parties and public records that may contain delays, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• We do not guarantee that a report is complete or error-free or that future events (e.g., accidents, recalls) will be reflected.
• Report accuracy depends on the information you provide (e.g., correct VIN). Entering an incorrect VIN can produce an incorrect report.
• Always verify critical findings with a professional inspection and the relevant authorities (DMV, manufacturer, insurer, etc.).

6) Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our reports or content without written permission.
• No reverse engineering, security testing, or interference with the Services.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent a vehicle.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to the Services are owned by or licensed to GetAutoCheckPro and are protected by applicable laws. Except for limited personal use to evaluate or sell a vehicle you own or are considering, you may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

The Services may link to third-party sites or data providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
